Extracted from organic stevia leaves and then combined with inulin (from vegetable fiber) and levulose (from fruit).

The levulose is used in order to cover up the slightly bitter after taste of the natural stevia leaf but no need to worry, as our stevia blend only contains 0.2g of sugar per half teaspoon! The result is a surprisingly sugary tasting natural sweetener, with none of the bitter aftertaste often associated with stevia.

Twice as sweet as sugar, this pack is very economical and should last double the time. Perfect in hot drinks, cakes, desserts and in any other recipes calling for sugar.
