Vegetarian guaifenesin expectorant loosens phlegm and clears pathways. Recommendations Adults and children 12 years of age and over: 1 to 2 tablets every 4 hours, not to exceed 12 tablets in 24 hours. Children 6 to under 12 years of age: 1/2 to 1 tablet every 4 hours, not to exceed 6 tablets in 24 hours. Children under 6 years of age: consult a doctor.
