Atro-Bath Oil contains the extract of freshly harvested Arnica montana flowers which helps to relieve tired, aching muscles. It also contains essential oils to help keep skin soft. Shake well before use. Add a capful (20ml) of Atro-Bath Oil to running water and fill your bath as usual. For maximum benefit s oak for 15-20 minutes.
