Essential oils are not recommended for internal use.
Use as an antiseptic for skin hygiene and protection. Can be applied neat for optimum effect, added to water for bathing or sensitive skin diluted in a carrier oil e.g. sweet almond/wheatgerm (approximately 5 drops in 10ml of carrier). Use sparingly. This product is not tested on animals.
