As a food supplement for adults, one (1) to two (2) vegetable capsules daily, preferably at mealtime, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
One (1) vegetable capsule provides: Powdered Acidophilus and Bifidobacterium cultures (dextrose, bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; potato starch, anticaking agent: magnesium stearate*, (probiotic cultures) providing: L. acidophilus, LA-5® 250 million microorganisms, B. lactis, BB-12® 250 million microorganisms
