Avena sativa increases its beneficial action on an irritated bowel by calming the smooth muscle of the colon and soothing the nervous system. Tormentil Complex, a combination of Tormentil and Avena Sativa is therefore useful for inflammed, irritated bowels and diarrhea. Potentilla tormentilla grows widely throughout Europe and was known by the herbalist Culpepper who mentioned its uses in his writings. In this remedy, the fresh seeds of young oats, a very popular herb with Alfred Vogel, are combined with the roots of Tormentil to create a gentle complex. What is it used for? - Diarrhea - Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) with diarrhea

Directions:

Adults: 20-30 drops 2 to 3 times daily, in a little water.. Children (2-12 years): 1 drop per year of age, 2 to 3 times daily, in a little water. This product is not recommended for children under 2 years of age.
