Weider body building blocks have been specifically formulated to provide a balance of amino acids suitable for use by weight trainers and general sports persons alike. Containing the full range of essential amino acids (those that must be derived from a dietary source) together with a further 11 non essential aminos - amino acids act as the basic units for the development of protein. Weider Body Building Blocks is an important dietary supplement for any sports person training for increase in strength, muscle mass and muscle definition.

Directions:

Take 5 tablets twice daily, one intake to be taken immediately after exercise. Two tablets to be taken twice daily after food, a further two tablets to be consumed within 45 minutes of the completion of exercise.
