Solgars ABC Dophilus Powder is a selective, scientific blend of essential and beneficial friendly bacteria specially formulated for the infant and child. Bifidobacteria B. bifidum and B. infantis constitute the predominant healthy intestinal microflora in infants, children and adults and primarily reside in the large intestine. Recently, other strains such as S. thermophilus, together with Bifidobacteria, have demonstrated positive effects on the health and maintenance of intestinal ecology. In addition, Solgars ABC Dophilus Powder mixes instantly in your infants or childs favorite beverage.
Solgar's ABC Dophilus Powder is free of sugar, salt, corn, yeast, wheat and soy and is formulated without the use of preservatives, artificial flavours or colours.
As a food supplement for infants and children, one quarter (1/4) to one half (1/2) teaspoonful daily, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. Solgar's ABC Dophilus Powder mixes instantly with infant formula, milk, juice or water, or can be sprinkled on foods.
