Adults and children over 12 years: One capsule a day with a cold drink.

Storage

Fish Oil Blend 500mg of which Cod Liver Oil 260mg providing Omega-3 nutrients 210mg, of which EPA and DHA 180mg.  Vitamin D 5ug, Vitamin E 1.8mg a-TE, Thiamin (Vitamin B1) 1.1mg, Garlic Extract 10mg Equivalent to fresh garlic 1g.
