Ordering Process
Placing your Order:
Buying health food products is easy. Just browse our catalogue using the 'Health Food Categories' list on the left of the screen, the 'Our Top Brands' list on the right or the search bar along the top.
Use the 'Quick Buy' button to add the required quantity of a product to your basket immediately or click the 'More Details' button to review an item before making a decision.
You can continue to browse and add products as you choose. Just click the 'View basket' link at the top, at any time, to see your current basket contents. You can also add, edit or remove items from your basket as desired.
Once you have finalised your choices, if you are a new customer, you will be asked to create a free account to store your personal details including any addresses you might wish to use.
This way, ordering in the future is much more convenient as you will not be required to enter the same information again.
How we Handle your Order:
We carry a huge stock of mainstream health food products and as a result are able to process orders very efficiently.
Currently in excess of 80% of all orders are dispatched within three days.
Where an item is out of stock it will be ordered from our supplier and will usually be delivered to us within one to three working days.
Our aim is to update with full details anyone whose order has not been dispatched within five working days. Unfortunately, there are occasionally unavoidable delays with supplies.
Where a product cannot be supplied due to it being discontinued for example, we will try to suggest a suitable alternative.
